Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
• Utilize design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to inform design improvements.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.
• Attend workshops and training to continuously improve design skills.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
• Use a range of design tools and technologies to enhance design output.
• Document design process and maintain design files systematically.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping tools (Axure, InVision)
• Responsive Web Design

Soft Skills

• Team leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Product Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Ability to work in Agile project management environments.
• Experience with marketing design: Knowledge of branding and marketing principles for design projects.
