Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading diverse teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project management processes.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with strategic business goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively across team members and project stakeholders.
• Perform project evaluations and assess outcomes for learning opportunities.
• Identify risks and strategize to minimize their impact on project goals.
• Support the development of junior team members through coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects

Technical Skills

• Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Budgeting and Forecasting

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a consulting environment: Background in project management consulting is advantageous.
• Understanding of construction project management: Experience in managing construction-related projects.
