Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a keen eye for quality assurance, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project benchmarks and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with legal regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Review and approve project deliverables before final acceptance by the client.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior project staff and team members.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
