Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary materials.
• Ensure that all product specifications are met during production.
• Support the development of training programs for new employees.
• Evaluate project feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in the chemical processes or related field
