We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes in our Pietermaritzburg facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current systems and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of new technologies in manufacturing processes.
• Determine standards for production quality and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed changes to processes.
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops focused on quality improvement.
• Review and analyze production data to inform decision-making.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with process optimization

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
