E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of e-commerce initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of products available online.
• Generate reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to upper management.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with logistics to optimize shipping and fulfillment processes.
• Enhance customer journey through continuous improvement of the online shopping experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
