Responsibilities

• Utilise analytics tools to measure performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts.
• Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Engage with users on social media and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and metrics.
• Enhance user experience on digital platforms through ongoing optimization.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for team members on digital trends.
• Support the Head of Marketing in strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• A marketing certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
