Hospitality Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in guest services and hotel efficiency.
• Foster effective communication between departments.
• Implement effective cost control measures without compromising service.
• Engage in community outreach and public relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Administer staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Participate in the development of new hotel policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in management roles within hospitality

Certifications
