Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams on various civil projects from inception through completion.
• Prepare and present project proposals and contracts to clients.

• Conduct quality control assessments and resolve any technical issues.
• Coordinate with local authorities regarding regulatory compliance and approvals.
• Support efforts to minimize project environmental impact.
• Train junior engineers and oversee their professional development.
• Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and address concerns.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones.
• Assist in the preparation of bids for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field
