Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our Cape Town team. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns across various digital channels, from social media to email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and email marketing.
• Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create alignment between marketing and sales goals.
• Create compelling copy for marketing materials.
• Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior and preferences.
• Contribute to the development of marketing budgets.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure branding consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
• Support the Head of Digital Marketing in various projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
