Job Description

As a Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems. The right candidate will have a strong technical background and be adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations of new telecommunications systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues with existing telecommunication lines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support project initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation for installation procedures and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Engage with customers to provide updates on service requests.
  • Conduct site assessments before installation.
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment in good working order.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical qualification in electrical or telecommunications is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications installation and repair
