• Develop and maintain design patterns, style guides, and design documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and methodologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze user behavior and data to inform design decisions and improve usability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
