Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical practices and a passion for patient care. You will be responsible for managing medication distribution, advising patients on drug therapies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide medication therapy management.
• Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide health and wellness advice to customers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or related field
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of pharmacy experience accepted.
