Responsibilities

• Direct administrative functions and supervision of staff.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
• Assist in developing quality assurance policies.
• Lead hospital accreditation processes and audits.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Manage healthcare insurance processes for billing.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning and implementation.
• Oversee training and development programs for staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare administration
