Join our corporate finance team as a Corporate Finance Associate in Johannesburg. You'll play an essential role in analysing financial data, supporting M&A transactions, and collaborating on client presentations. Ideal candidates have a background in finance and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage financial models for complex transactions.
• Support the team in the preparation of investment memoranda.
• Conduct thorough industry research to support client recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and assist in answering queries.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work on special projects relating to financial strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks in advisory.
• Support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism with clients and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Technical Skills

• Corporate Valuation

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 Certification or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent
