Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing our housekeeping team, maintaining cleanliness and order in our hospitality facilities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a pristine environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve excellence.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas.
  • Review and optimize cleaning procedures for efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Organize regular training sessions for staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
