Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management, customer service, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while managing day-to-day operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the hotel meets and exceeds service quality standards.
  • Lead recruitment and training efforts for new staff.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage online presence and respond to customer reviews.
  • Plan and execute staff meetings to ensure communication.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with finance to control costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Collaborate with HR for staff development and retention strategies.
  • Develop relationships with key clients for repeat business.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hospitality management roles
