Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our office by managing and processing a range of data efficiently. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that data integrity is maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with team members to ensure data consistency and validity.
  • Generate data reports and summaries as required.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on data entry processes.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Respond to data inquiries from other departments or stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration or similar field
Experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in data entry or office administration
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in data management software
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet functions

Languages
  • English: Fluent
