Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects in Bloemfontein. This role requires adept coordination, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Establish a project communication plan to keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor and guide junior project management team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
