Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop detailed architectural plans, interact with clients to understand their vision, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities

• Lead project design and development from initial concept through to completion.
• Interface with contractors and engineers to facilitate successful project execution.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing buildings for renovation and adaptive reuse.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in the design process.
• Explore innovative construction methods and materials to enhance project outcomes.
• Analyze environmental impact and propose effective sustainable solutions.
• Update designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
