Job Description

Join our team as an Investment Banker (Analyst), where you will be responsible for supporting senior bankers in deal execution and client outreach. Your role will involve detailed financial modeling, market research, and presentation preparation to drive investment banking projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client acompany financial statements and investment needs.
• Prepare detailed documentation for capital raising and debt restructuring.
• Conduct due diligence and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Assist with regulatory compliance related to investment transactions.
• Provide support in drafting contracts and legal agreements.
• Participate in negotiations with potential investors or acquirers.
• Work on various ad-hoc projects related to investment strategy.
• Develop and enhance client relationships to support future business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Services or a related field
• MBA in Finance or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or related finance roles

• CFA Level II
