Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to assess internal control systems and compliance to company policies.
• Evaluate financial and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and document areas for improvement in operational practices.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Work with various departments to implement recommended actions.
• Monitor follow-up actions on audit recommendations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of auditing standards and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to junior auditors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CIMA or equivalent certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in internal auditing or related field
