Job Description

We are seeking an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and operate glue mounting equipment, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience operating glue mounting machines and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup glue mounter machines for daily production requirements.
• Proof products for quality assurance and consistency.
• Manage raw material inventory and supplies for continuous production.
• Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety.
• Assist in the training of new operators on machine operation.
• Coordinate with quality assurance for process improvements.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe workplace.
• Provide feedback on production processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in machinery operation preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating glue mounter machines in a production environment.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
