Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our supply chain operations, maintaining inventory levels, and facilitating communication between departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the logistics strategy to ensure effective and efficient supply chain processes.
• Develop logistics cost estimates and forecasts.
• Evaluate and select transport service providers and maintain existing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in all transportation activities.
• Monitor shipment tracking and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct performance analysis on logistics services and implement changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends to innovate logistics practices.
• Provide training on logistics software and systems to team members.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding logistics performance.
• Act as the point of contact for logistics inquiries from customers and partners.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related logistics role

Technical Skills

• SAP Knowledge
• MS Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in freight forwarding: Hands-on experience in freight forwarding processes.
• Certifications in supply chain management: Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus.
