Responsibilities

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare summaries.
• Support the investment strategy by providing financial insights.
• Optimize financial systems to improve data quality and reporting.
• Engage in continuous process improvements for financial workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CFA or CPA certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
