Responsibilities

• Design and manage residential and commercial architecture projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
• Ensure that all design proposals meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Utilize CAD and BIM software for accurate representations of project designs.
• Evaluate current architectural technologies and integrate them into designs where applicable.
• Participate in community engagement efforts to align designs with neighborhood needs.
• Organize and lead design presentations for clients and external parties.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and presentation of design concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture or related fields

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Visualization Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Green Building Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Local Building Codes: Understanding of regulations specific to Pretoria and Gauteng.
• Experience in Project Management: Hands-on experience in leading architectural projects.
