Private Equity Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Private Equity Advisor to lead investment strategies and manage relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private equity and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements and investment proposals.
• Prepare and present detailed investment analysis to senior management.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts in investment analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams throughout the investment process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on investment strategies.
• Compile and distribute quarterly reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in investment processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of direct experience in private equity investments

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
