Responsibilities
Monitor credit card accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
Communicate with clients regarding their credit card accounts and resolve any issues.
Perform audits of credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Process credit card payments and refunds.
Generate reports on credit card activity and present findings to management.
Requirements
Education
Matric Certificate or equivalent
Diploma in Accounting or Finance
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit card processing or accounting.
