We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to perform MRI scans, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans according to established protocols.
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort during procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals in the interpretation of imaging results.
• Maintain a clean and organized MRI workspace.
• Document all patient interactions and imaging procedures accurately.
• Participate in training sessions for new staff or students.
• Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.
• Explore new imaging techniques and technology advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Registered with the HPCSA
• Professional development in MRI technology is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in MRI imaging.
