• Foster relationships with universities and training providers for talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance consulting skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Professional membership with HR organizations is a plus

Experience

• 3 years experience in the recruitment field with a focus on direct sourcing
