Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Psychologist where your primary role will be to support and guide clients through their mental health journeys. You will be responsible for individual assessments and tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate psychological disorders through comprehensive testing and interviews.
• Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and, when necessary, via digital platforms.
• Administer psychological assessments to track client progress.
• Implement strategies from positive psychology to enhance client resilience.
• Provide insights and recommendations for community mental health programs.
• Advise on mental health policy and practice improvements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on mental health topics.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Related postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in a clinical setting with hands-on therapy required.
