Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage all project phases, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. We're looking for a proactive leader who can communicate effectively with team members and clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Implement project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics.
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are in place.
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Prepare and present project plans to stakeholders.
• Encourage and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Mentor junior project staff and interns.
• Engage with external vendors and contractors as required.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives throughout the project cycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering
• MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience

Certifications

• PMI-ACP
• Certified Agile Project Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent
