Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and routine check-ups during pregnancy.
Monitor maternal health and fetal development closely.
Assist in prenatal screenings and diagnostic tests.
Educate families about pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care.
Provide emotional support to mothers and their families.
Conduct postpartum assessments and provide care for mothers and infants.
Maintain detailed and organized medical records for all patients.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure understanding of birth plans.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related health sciences
Experience
5 years of hands-on experience as a midwife in a hospital setting
