Responsibilities

  • Draft timelines and action plans for events, ensuring all aspects are covered.
  • Assist clients in choosing event themes and styles that suit their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors for services and supplies.
  • Prepare on-site event checklists for seamless execution.
  • Collect feedback from clients post-event to enhance future planning.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain communication with all involved parties.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or marketing
