As a Heritage Guide in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for leading tours that highlight the city's cultural and historical significance. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tour Manager to refine tour offerings and experiences.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enhance their learning experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide informative answers.
• Assist in promoting upcoming tours and events.
• Gather feedback from guests to improve future tours.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate
• Degree in History or Cultural Studies is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tour guiding or related fields.
