Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders regarding IP policies.
Assist in the commercialization of client IP assets.
Participate in negotiation of licensing agreements.
Support M&A transactions from an IP perspective.
Run workshops on IP awareness and protection strategies.
Assist in the development of IP compliance programs.
Requirements
Education
LLB or equivalent law degree
Specialization in Intellectual Property Law is preferred

5+ years of experience in intellectual property law
