The ideal candidate will be adept at managing SEO projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives while leveraging analytical insights to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to optimize website architecture, navigation, and user experience.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Train and mentor junior team members on SEO practices and tools.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize content and design for better performance.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in SEO practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO management or digital marketing roles
