Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with our largest clients. You'll be tasked with understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions while driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans for key accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with product teams to tailor offerings to client specifications.
  • Implement best practices and processes to improve client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Track account metrics and generate insights to inform strategy.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Document client feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing accounts within a tech environment.
