Join our dynamic team as a Public Relations Officer, where you will be the voice of our brand in Cape Town. Your role will involve developing communication strategies, managing public inquiries, and fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive PR plans that align with business objectives.
• Maintain and develop media contacts and press relationships.
• Draft and distribute press materials including releases, fact sheets, and advisories.
• Respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning and promoting events to enhance brand image.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand messaging and goals.
• Evaluate media coverage and public perception.
• Champion the brand’s narrative across various platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the marketing communications field
