Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Handbag Framer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing handbag frames from various materials while adhering to design specifications to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and construct frames while adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect and test the durability of frames to ensure longevity.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions with the design team for new product ideas.
• Keep abreast of trends in handbag design for informed crafting.
• Participate in quality control processes to optimize product standards.
• Provide input on materials and tools necessary for production.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and supplies.
• Implement techniques for efficient frame assembly.
• Assist in the continuous improvement process for production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in carpentry or woodworking is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with leather or other fabric materials: Hands-on experience with various handbag materials is desirable.
