Job Description

We are looking for an Architect who is ready to make a mark in the architectural landscape of Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will have a solid background in architectural design, project management, and possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from conception through to completion.
• Develop and document detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, surveyors, and contractors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Review and approve project designs, ensuring adherence to regulatory laws and codes.
• Engage with clients throughout the project cycle to ensure satisfaction and compliance with their vision.
• Conduct research on building codes, regulations, and methods to inform design decisions.
• Optimize existing designs for sustainability and functionality.
