Job Description

As our Process Automation Manager, you will spearhead automation initiatives, optimize processes, and lead a team of engineers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of new technology into existing processes to streamline operations.
• Implement best practices in automation and process improvement across departments.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Prepare documentation and reports regarding automation projects for stakeholders.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5-8 years' experience managing industrial process automation projects
