Join our Durban team as a Financial Analyst where you will play a critical role in managing financial performance and strategic planning. You will conduct data analysis, generate financial reports, and work with management to improve decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for various departments.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand budget vs. actual performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and challenges.
• Assist with external audits and compliance requirements.
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or similar certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
