Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, helping us make strategic decisions based on data-driven insights and comprehensive financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure accuracy of financial documentation.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Monitor budget variances and work with stakeholders to address discrepancies.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to assess risks related to financial plans.
• Ensure timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or similar qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
