Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee various administrative functions critical to our operations, including coordinating healthcare services, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the electronic health records system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Implement process improvements for administrative workflows.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives in collaboration with healthcare management.
  • Develop training programs for new staff on administrative policies.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to promote healthcare services.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Review and maintain compliance with health legislation.
  • Support grant applications and funding proposals to enhance services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators in administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
