Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams across diverse facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the highest quality of cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and provide training for new cleaning techniques.
• Establish and oversee cleaning schedules for multiple facilities.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure high cleaning standards are met.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Address and resolve client complaints swiftly and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures for staff and facilities.
• Document cleaning operations and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with facility management to address maintenance issues.
• Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among cleaning staff.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a janitorial supervisory role
