Job Description

As a Septic Tank Servicer and Sewer Pipe Cleaner, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of septic systems and sewer lines. The ideal candidate should have experience with drainage systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure water jetting to clean sewer lines.
• Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of future issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on techniques and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Plumbing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Understanding of drainage regulations
• Experience with CCTV inspection systems

• Customer service

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
