Job Description

As a Needle Loom Weaver, you'll operate and maintain needle loom machines to produce diverse textiles. Your expertise will ensure the quality of our fabrics while working alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate needle loom machines to weave fabrics according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Read and interpret weaving patterns and instructions.
• Inspect woven fabrics for defects and repair or replace faulty parts as required.
• Ensure proper thread tension, yarn alignment, and fabric density.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Needle Loom Weaver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
