IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to end-users, and maintaining IT hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
• Provide software installations and updates to users.
• Assist with network connectivity and access management.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory.
• Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
• Work with vendors for hardware repairs and support.
• Conduct regular system updates and patches.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience
