Helpers--Production Workers

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Helpers to support our Production department. The ideal candidate will assist in various production tasks and ensure smooth operations within our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the quality control process.
• Support the setup of machinery as directed by supervisors.
• Documentation of daily production activities.
• Help train new team members on basic tasks.
• Maintain communication with team leads about workload.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
• Contribute to team objectives and goals.
• Manage waste disposal according to company policies.
• Follow procedures to mitigate production delays.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
